4:1 FIFO roster calendar

4:1 here means 4 weeks on, 1 week off, so a cycle is 28 days on site followed by 7 days at home. That makes the cycle 35 days long, about 10.4 cycles a year, with 80% of days on site. In 2027 the work days come to 288 to 295, depending on where in the cycle you start; set your start date below for your own count.

A 35-day cycle, so the same weekday comes round every 5 weeks.

One 35-day cycle covers 5 weeks, and it repeats only about 10.4 times a year: about 41.7 weeks on site and 10.4 weeks at home. The longest stretch away is 28 days, so changeovers are few. With travel days switched on, about 21 days a year are marked as travel.
